Arturo Chiang Women’s Brina Sandal
Arturo Chiang Women’s Brina Sandal Description
Arturo Chiang Women’s Brina Sandal re-invents gladiator style with the Brina sandal. The vachetta leather upper features polished hardware, while metallic accents create a shield-like vamp. A sculpted wedge heel and open toe delivers a modern silhouette, while elastic insets at the ankle offer a flexible fit.
The Arturo Chiang Women’s Brina Sandal is a glamorous study in contrasts with mixed finish herringbone decor on its bold front strap. Stud embellishments and a stacked heel also add a touch of elegance.
Arturo Chiang Women’s Brina Sandal Reviews
Okay, the sizing/fit is a bit off. The left shoe went on perfectly, and then I had to force my right foot into the shoe, and it was tight and painful. But they looked great! Yes, they hurt your feet and you will get blisters on your big toes, but they are gorgeous, and because they hold your toes together, your feet will look cute even if you don’t have cute feet. Once you break them in, they don’t fit so snugly. And while I don’t think you should buy things just to get compliments, I have gotten compliments from both women and men–men like the shoes, but they’ve also said my decidedly-uncute feet were, in fact, cute (the shoes make them so!). And women don’t just say, “I like your shoes,” they drool–nay, LUST–after these shoes. One woman complimented the shoes, but you could hear how impressed she was, and how much she wanted to rip them off of my feet and put them onto hers. So if you like having your impeccable taste validated, get these Arturo Chiang Women’s Brina Sandal. They really are beautiful. If comfort comes first above all else for you, even beauty (egads! Where are your priorities?), you probably won’t like these. Otherwise, the pain is tolerable, and you will feel very special and smokin’ hot in these sandals.
ETA: I have Arturo Chiang Women’s Brina Sandal in two colors, the dark brown and a black & blue pair from elsewhere. The brown pair gave me the fit trouble, but the blue ones were perfect, so sizing is inconsistent among the styles.
Side note: I would “recommend Arturo Chiang Women’s Brina Sandal to a friend” in that it is a great product, but in real life there’s no way I’d want a friend to have these shoes. They are MINE, and if my friends are lucky, I might let them borrow these. But I will never tell them where I got them. ;)”
